Königsberg
A new city center combining history and cultural activities. Through the creation of a superstructure, the modernist building of the “soviets” is joined to the pre-existing buildings and the ruins, linking the past to the present in a new complex that offers the possibility of being lived in every day and all year round.

Adaptable and adaptable to any type of event, climate and lifestyle – use INdoor and OUTdoor, the rooftop park is a terrace in summer and a snow park in winter. A sustainable environmental design was sought, with the concern of using reusable materials, saving energy, with gardens integrating the ruins and the “SuperUperPark” with natural and reusable materials on a terrace with a fantastic view over the city.

Transparency as a conceptual idea in the creation of a “new heart of the city” brings sophistication to the space through an almost imperceptible structure, while the glass protects from the weather and allows you to see and experience the interior of this space.
